Chernobyl

This is a letter I wrote to the Boston Globe (way too long to be published) in 1988, that explains a little about what it was like living in Germany when the Chernobyl accident occurred. It was in reference to an upcoming Massachusetts  ballot question to stop all Nuclear Power Plants "producing waste."
